I would never let a guy ruin my life!
But they sure can ruin my favorite places. For instance, I love the burger from Dome. They serve it with 2 different kinds of fries, the usual potato fries & sweet potato fries. I love the sweet potato fries- they are literally sweet & oh so delicious! If I could marry those fries I would!
Unfortunately the romance of the restaurant has been ruined ever since my last boy friend & I had the Breakup/Goodbye Talk there. I totally regretted that, I should have protected the sweet potato fries!
So I went back to Dome with a girlfriend a week later, to reverse the transformation from the Place My Boyfriend & I Brokeup back to Dome, Place which serves Fantastic Sweet Potato Fries! Everything was going to plan, I could feel the bad vibes dissolving like ice on a hot day.
Until I heard a familiar voice behind me, & there he was "The X boyfriend". Thank God he's not with some hot girl, just his colleague. He's also a sucker for the sweet potato fries, sigh... we love the same food. Pretty Awkward encounter, didn't think I would bump into him so soon after break-up. Anyway we say a quick hi & then bye. So I assume I would not be going Dome anytime soon, .... NO wait... I can always go to another branch. I'm longing for sweet potato fries again ....
